Thursday 12.45am
Dismissed expeditiously like some well used G-string, as beds were inadequate and my disposition was deemed superfluous and warranted no lengthy duration. As personnel loaned an old army surplus overcoat to harrass me to initial morning dew and consummate my vociferous adventure. The coat sufficed to warm me with pockets copious and profound. Within I grasped a wallet of much compartments and located a tired photo of a surely dead soldier and his obvious wife with their dimensions jotted overleaf in fading blue biro. I pledged to impose their establishment, to hike almost five miles and exhume the near derelict premises. But returning twenty four hours later, armed with blow torch, crowbar and flashlight borrowed from one hapless hours earlier. I mounted the rear kitchen window-ledge into a home lit only by moonlight and a minority of dimly lit candles. The arrogant stench disturbed, as spiders and such had meticulously coerced and vivaciously vogued with peerless confidence. Daddy longlegs galore flowered head and shoulders above their seedy comrades and strut majestically nearly three feet tall in stilletoes up and down the once immaculately incandescent stairway with proud, mocking grandeur. Defiant of any human intervention and possibly aping some catwalk queens finest poses as they'd pirouette and promenade with an eery theatrical precision. My blowtorch shattered their dramatic performance, as they hitched up their skirts, screamed like girls and scattered the dingy recesses they're more accustomed to. A few draped the rafters threatening a suprise attack at my expense, but the taste of my flames intensity dented their enthusiasm and encouraged a more benevolent stance, leaving me to roam the home at leisure. Climbing the stairs cautiously I entered the master bedroom only to be accosted by a giant black widow crouched meticulously applying a layer of rouge and powder. Our eyes met in the Victorian dressing table mirror that stood before her as she preened and pouted seductively. No love was lost on sight of my flames grandeur as I closed in to merely singe and encourage her swift eviction. She needed no more prompting to vacate the vault at speed straight through the stained glass window, shattering shard and shrapnel over the horrified daffodils quietly nestling below. In her absence cupboards and drawers were foraged thoroughly by yours sincerely as scripts, letters, photos and poetry were found in stale Chiffonier above jewellery and arsenal accumulated since childhood. A slight alteration to documents signatures and a new author was born........
Big Brother
Squeeze that dummy, squeeze him dry
scupper his desire to fly
minimise him if he tries,
digitise him if he cries
he'll never prosper in this land but wait mate on the other hand
let's toy with him and raise his stakes
he pays his dues for heaven sake
apportion him a generous wage
then tax him on the other page
we'll tax him so hard he implodes and cracks appear within his walls
my tabernacle's so divine
Hey butler, splatter me some wine within this slash....within this face
and spread some cream around my waist
But look.....that dummy's rising up
collecting finance in his cup
I want that dummy drenched in chains
but first deplete him of his gains
how dare he thrive without my call upon my stage, he's got some gall
arrest him and then trash his stall
then hoist him up against a wall
Take that dummy, Take that too
punch you till you're black and blue
this punishment is overdue
had just about enough of you
a trouble maker in our midst
a self appointed anarchist
Stand up dummy, Stand up straight
this court awaits his presidence
you stand accused of lighting up
and publicly displaying hope
wake up dummy, here's your food
it's nourishing don't be so rude
our chef prepared it specially
with specimens from his body
your situation's self issued
elimination's been approved
your cat has changed its name and moved
Lick that dummy, Lick him down
drive him to his local town
parade him in his mothers gown
then throw him roughly to the ground
hey hang on, on the other hand
let's hang that dummy, hang him high
take your cameras, use my tie
the government will supervise
the BBC will televise
the army will patrol the streets
the church can organize a fete
we'll drop the sun to raise the heat
with prime position for the elite
he's our example to the world
it's common knowledge we are cold.
Friday 1.17am
Apprehensively I descended to pierce their nauseous basement, as the boooos and hisses showered down from the web crammed crevices in the sullen stairwell. Their delicately woven structures awkwardly stigmatized my progression, aggravated my coiffure and mangled my evocation. Now regrettably confronted by two severe skeletal chassis, restrained with elaborate stringent fibres, occupying a stank corner aside an ineffectual boiler, lay the inaugral remains of..
Interference
Ojection your honour, he's lying, he's making it up as he goes along
Silence young lady, I'm the Judge presiding here, you'll hold your tongue or be evicted from the courtroom, to return at a later date a charged with contempt of court or something simular.
By the way, how old are you?
Seven your honour
Seven..... seven... shouldn't you be at school
ummm..........ummmm, I'm not the one on trial here, he is
That's right, so hush up
Carry on pinnochio
Pinnochio, Pinnochio
That's right Pinnochio, now get on with it.
...the inaugral remains of my suitably muted guardians, contained beneath their own habitats by the creepy opportunists now prevalent throughout their home. Should I liberate them? Did his eyes register the back of my hand? Questions, questions and damn my obviously copious conscience. I pondered awhile, then unwrapped a butchered scribe to the leggy convention judiciously monitoring my actions to ramble indefinitely as the invertebrates sat surprisingly melancholy. Then exhibited their appreciation by simply nodding their heads and tipping their hats respectively........
Respect & Cemetary
Bed me down side hostile peasants
soon we read the best of friends
spectres drifting off them carcass
ancestors post fair defence
transparent address the scenery
cattled in infinity
though immense eternal sentence
to them adjacent, God and me
Gather youth reflect my tomb
you who once harassed my womb
Lay to bed flourescent flowers
private bouquets custom made
mangled by your winter showers
pungent voices fill your head
roam the land to grill all present
over here or overseas
distance has no worthwhile essence
don't forget me.....this I plead
